
Directions. Preheat your oven to 425°F and butter a baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend the butter into the dry ingredients, using your fingertips or a pastry blender, until the mixture is crumbly. Add the orange zest, cranberries and walnuts and toss to combine.
Lay the scones out on a parchmentcovered baking sheet. If desired, you can brush the tops with half and half or milk and sprinkle with sugar before baking. Bake for 2025 minutes or until the scones are golden brown. If youre baking from completely frozen, you may need to add an additional few minutes.
