Baked Shrimp Salmo

Season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. Rub fish all over with a tablespoon of the vegetable oil and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, season the shrimp with salt and pepper and toss with remaining oil. After salmon has baked for 20 minutes, remove from oven and scatter with the shrimp.

Salmon is a common food fish classified as an oily fish with a rich content of protein and omega3 fatty acids. In Norway – a major producer of farmed and wild salmon – farmed and wild salmon differ only slightly in terms of food quality and safety, with farmed salmon having lower content of environmental contaminants, and wild salmon having higher content of omega3 fatty acids.
