Avocados are so cheap in Australia right now, it would be rude not to make a Creamy Avocado Pasta!! This makes A LOT! At least enough for 4 meals. We had it leftover and the next day I heated it in a pan, added a splash more vegan milk and I reckon it was even better. This recipe is also pretty versatile!
