
21/04/2017 · Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat, Add onion, garlic, chicken, and salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is lightly browned and almost cooked through and onions are soft. Then stir in the chicken stockpot or 100 mls of chicken stock.
In a pan, heat oil on mediumhigh heat. Remove chicken from marinade with a slotted spoon, and cook all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add sauce ingredients to pan and bring to a boil, mixing continuously, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Serve over rice if desired.
